Parenting Plan Skeleton
Description
A parenting plan establishes the structure for how children will spend time with each parent after divorce. This sprint introduces the core components of a parenting plan and explains how custody arrangements are typically structured. Participants review different scheduling frameworks and the practical considerations involved in developing a workable parenting schedule.
The session focuses on drafting an initial parenting plan outline that includes custody schedules, holiday arrangements, and communication expectations. Participants explore how parenting plans can be designed to support stability and predictability for children. By the end of the sprint, participants will have created a preliminary parenting plan structure that can serve as a foundation for negotiation or mediation
