This sprint prepares participants for mediation sessions. ParticipanMediation sessions are most effective when participants arrive prepared with clear priorities and organized information. This sprint focuses on preparing for mediation by identifying the key issues that must be resolved and the materials needed to support productive discussions. Participants learn how preparation can shorten mediation timelines and improve outcomes.

The session guides participants through building a mediation agenda and identifying unresolved issues that require discussion. Participants also review strategies for presenting information clearly and maintaining focus during mediation sessions. By the end of the sprint, participants will have developed a structured preparation plan that supports effective participation in mediation.ts identify key issues, documents, and negotiation priorities.

The session results in a structured mediation agenda and issue list. Entering mediation with preparation significantly improves efficiency and outcomes.
